Objects: For The Public Benefit, In Particular But Not Exclusively For People Who Originate From Or Whose Family Originates From Amaigbo Town In Nigeria, But Also For The Benefit Of Those With “protected Characteristics” Under The Equality Act (to Mean That Anyone Can Benefit Regardless Of Whether They Or Their Family Originate From Amaigbo Town) By:1. The Advancement Of Education By Awarding To Such Persons Scholarships, The Provision Of Studying Materials Such As Books, Laptops And Computers And The Organisation Of Vocational Training Programs And The Advancement Of Education In The Igbo Culture, History And Language.2. The Relief Of Financial Hardship, In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Provision Of Items Such As Clothing, Food, Furniture And Bedding And The Provision Of Grants Including Funding For Debt Management And Debt Counselling.3. Working To Relieve The Charitable Needs Of Those Affected By Bereavement Or Sickness Through The Provision Of Advice And Support.4. The Relief Of Sickness By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Donated Hospital Equipment To Health Facilities In Amaigbo Town Nigeria.
