LIOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
BVrfMI is a ch8rit8ble incorporated org8ni88tion (Foundation Structure). who'8 only
voting member8 8re its Trustees, vthich was regiyt8red on the 7th of Septembar
2020. The CIO sh811 have 8 Board of Trustee8 compri8ing at least thr8e person8. New
Trustees may be recruited to the board at any time by the Trustee8. In 8ele¢ting
individua18 for apP￿ntMent 88 Tru8tee8, the TN8tee8 mu8t have ragard to the gklll4
knowlgdge and gxperience needed for the effective administration of the CIO. The
Trustees may, by and from their number and from time to tim4 elect such officer8
