Thè Camden Highline is currently in the second stage of its delivery. The projert's feasibllfty work Is Complete, and It ran an OJEU
certified International competition to secure it5 design tearn. Fiel(S Operation5, the team behind the New York Hi8hline 15 leadin8 the
design, and has èssembled a team of local talent, Including Kentish Town based architects VPPR. The design team have completed a
¥na5terplin for the Highline, and detailèd de518n for tht first sertion, runnin8 from Camden Gardens to Royal College Street. This
design has been submitted for p14nning permission, with a re501ution togrant planning consent secured inJanuary 2023. The Hi8hline
tèam are currently fis)alisin8 the planning permission and fundraising for construction.
Reserves Pollcy
Most of the spending undertaken bythp Camden Highline at this Stage istoward5 fundrai5in¥ for construction, and legal and
profes5ienal fees related to finali5ation of the pl)nninE cof15ent. Wrth svpport from ComdenTown Unlimited it5 overheads are very
low, and it maintains reserves of at ￿a$1 two years of operètions.
