The Provision, Or Assistance In The Provision, In The Interest Of Social Welfare Of Recreational Facilities So As To Improve The Conditions Of Life Of The Public At Large And/or;3. The Preservation Of Buildings Or Sites Of Historic Or Architectural Importance On Or Around The Camden Highline.
