**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE TO ADVANCE THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF SOCIAL PRESCRIBING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:1. INCREASING KNOWLEDGE, AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF SOCIAL PRESCRIBING;2. THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF SOCIAL PRESCRIBING PRACTICE;3. THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND BEST PRACTICE IN SOCIAL PRESCRIBING; AND4. THE PROMOTION AND CARRYING OUT OF RESEARCH (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) INTO SOCIAL PRESCRIBING.(SOCIAL PRESCRIBING IS THE PRACTICE OF LINKING HEALTHCARE TO COMMUNITY BASED ACTIVITIES TO ADDRESS INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING).

**Activities:** We are dedicated to the advancement of social prescribing through promotion, collaboration and innovation. We work to create partnerships, across the arts, health, sports, leisure, and the natural environment  to promote health and wellbeing at a national and local level. We will champion social prescribing and the work of local communities in connecting people for wellbeing.
