Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Animals By Awarding Grants To Organisations Providing Appropriate Care,protection, Treatment And Security For Animals Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Ofsickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage. Award Grants To Organisations Which Educate The Public In Matters Pertaining Toanimal Welfare In General And The Prevention Of Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals. For The Benefit Of Thepublic By Awarding Grants To Organisations Which Assist In The Protection Of Endangered Species By Providing Protection Against Illegal Activities,supporting Breeding Schemes, Providing Shelter And Assisting In Re-Introduction Projects
