2021 Saw the ha15 5tarE to recover posi Covid. there were still where the hall could only be utilt5ed by the Treehouse
pre-school bJt but after re5tricvons were relaxed iTr May 2021, gradualty users srarted to rewrn to the hall.
Thanks to the prudent ￿erVeS the tharity maintained and Varrous grants frorn the FCC we were able to have new glas5
aU￿[nated door entry sy5trm instalkd . this expenditure has dr&n¥ti￿1Y inw¥ed the aesthetics of the hall entrance as well as
reduced the need fro pvopk to t0￿h door haftdle&

We provide a focal point for the village and various celebrations such 35 the Royal Weddin& D*mor*d lubil& and the Eastrington
village show. We have keep ffil dance classes for all ages and abiliue5 and have severdl sports club5 thai use the hall as their b￿e. In
addition we have a pre-school, mums and tots group and a bgwJ5 club. The hall is hired for weddings, birthdays, conference5

Recrultrnent and appolntrnent of new trustees
Users of the hall and cofflmunity group5 are 35ked to provide a coT*nirree member to represent them. In addition the trustees
