**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN BROMHAM, BEDFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A COUNSELLING SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VALUES OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH

**Activities:** We offer: - A counselling service provided by trained Christian counsellors for adults and children. - A confidential and safe environment where people can explore life issues such as bereavement, depression,  low self esteem and confidence, moderate anxiety states, anger, abuse, trauma and couples. - Help to individuals as they work through these issues towards constructive change
