## **1. Our Mission, Vision and Values** 

- 1.1. Our mission is to make Leeds a safer space for LGBTQI+ people. 

- 1.2. Provide a quality service to the clients who attend our company for help and support. 

- 1.3. To give people a chance to expand their skills through volunteering at our company. 

## **2. Our Vision** 

- 2.1. To provide support to LGBTQI+ people who may need that extra help in areas they may struggle with. 

- 2.2. Provide quality advice and guidance to all members of the LGBTQI+ community who access our services.

## **Advice and Information** 

We provide a one-to-one service that helps benefit the community in various areas of advice and guidance. We offer professional support and advice; Housing, Benefits, Education, Employment, Discrimination, Family & Relationships, Consumer. 

We offer a free, impartial service and provide the best advice and guidance to help support members of the community, our advice service is aimed at the LGBTQI+ community but we support all members of the Leeds community. 

Our advisors use the outreach service to help provide this service. 

## **Workshops** 

We have worked hard to perfect our workshops and webinars. This has taken some time due to the ever changing factor of the LGBTQI+ issues. We have made this up to date as possible. 

## **Group Sessions** 



We have noticed that since COVID-19 our group sessions were not being used as much as we would like so we decided to make some changes, firstly allowing them access to us online, using email or using our one to one sessions, this has become a very important part of our charity as this is providing support to those who need it without the fear of being judged.

## **Recruitment and Appointment of Management Committee** 

The directors of the company are also charity trustees for the purposes of charity law and under the company’s Articles are known as members of the Management Committee.
