Section D Achievements and performance
The Charity was set up in August 2020 to assume the assets and Summary of the main activities of the pre-existing Hurst Water Meadow Trust (Charity Number achievements of the charity 1050272). during the year No activities were undertaken in the current year. The Trust established a bank account with the CAF Bank using a loan from the pre-existing Hurst Water Meadow Trust.
The assets and activities were then transferred to the new CIO Trust on 1[st] April 2021.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
The Trust maintains restricted funds when the donor stipulates how the income may be expended. Where there is a timing difference between when the income is received and spent, the balance will be held in reserves at the year end. Unrestricted funds are received with no stipulation from the donor as to how they can be used. The Trustees can designate these funds for specific purposes.
