Some operational<br>details for specific projects are delegated to Committees, eachofwhich has<br>tennsofreference agreedbythe Trustees.<br>The Trustees and volunteers work entirelyona voluntary basis. There are<br>no employees.<br>As Tooting Community Kitchen's work has developed to consider the<br>needsofthe community throughout the Covid pandemic as well as<br>supporting the intake ofrefugees into Wandsworth, partnerships have been<br>established with MindworksUK,SWAN,Care4Calais and CARAS.|

|**Summaryofthe objectsofthe**<br>**charity set outinits governing**<br>**document**|Our goal is to help alleviate poverty in Southwest London, by helping<br>feed the homeless and thoseinneed, and providing them with other vital<br>resources.<br>Weprovide a biweekly stall serving hot food and essential produce and<br>run a local foodbank which operates as a drop-in collection service and<br>added a soup kitchen and various workshops. Our aim is to strengthen our<br>presence within the community, as a general support network and hub for<br>resources to assist our guests. We believe that everyone in our community<br>deserves to feel cared for and valued without prejudice.|
