In such a case the trustees would<br>record this appropriately and ensure that<br>the finances are offered as a gift. Distributing where appropriate, food to<br>vulnerable members in the public who<br>need it, such as the elderly etc|

|Other||Health Risks: The food we receive is mostly<br>from Wholesalers and we have strict food<br>safety guidelines to adhere to which include<br>destroying food that is damaged or that has<br>not been kept to appropriate food hygiene<br>standards. From food received form the<br>public we only accept tinned/canned foods.<br>The food is at all times kept in clean<br>environments including refrigerating fresh<br>products.<br>In terms of dietary requirements, we inform<br>all recipients of the importance of allergy<br>warnings and awareness, and all food are<br>labelled.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the 8bove
charity (Yhe Trust") for the year ended
Responsibiltties and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance wlth the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report In respect of my examinalion of the Trust's accounts carried oul
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
