STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Description of Charity Trust
This is a religious organisation, propagating the word of God to everybody, providing food for the vulnerable regardless of colour, creed or religion.

The Charity is small, it only have basic record of keeping its activities, this will improve in future
How Charity is constituted
The management is constituted by Chairman and its members, no Secretary is appointed among the Trustees yet.
Trustee selection methods
At the present, the Chairperson uses its discretion to observe whom to appoint as a Trustee. There will be a Committee in the future and criteria to appoint other Trustees.
SECTION C
OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
To propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ, feeding of homeless people, provide shelter for homeless; provide training for less privilege, preaching in Church and evangelism.
SECTION D
ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
The Charity has not done much in terms of achievement due to lack of funds. However, it organise Christian crusades, preach the gospel on Sundays and provide food for congregations and for vulnerable people within the locality after church services.
SECTION E
FINANCIAL REVIEW
There is no policy on Reserves because there is none. The sources of fund are mainly by individual trustee donation s for food prepation on Sundays and payment of rent for place of worship. No fund raing was done nor grant received.
SECTION F
OTHER OPTIONAL INFORMATION
Now that we have six Trustees, the Charity will be more active to implement its objectives.
