MISSION
To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with people in England and Wales who are socially excluded on the grounds of their ethnic origin, religion, belief or creed (in particular, members of the Afghan community) to relieve the needs of such people and assist them to integrate into society, in particular by:

Organising sports, educational and lesisure programmes for youth to keep them away from street gangs and drugs
Programmes for disadvantaged
To develop the capacity and skills of our socially and economically disadvantaged members in such a way that, they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and to actively participate in society
Provide Help & Financial support
To provide help and financial support with funeral, burial and other related cost to bereaved family of the community members (including Trustees).
OPERATION & ACHIEVEMENTS
Speen Ghar’s annual report showcases the great achievements and impacts on members and wider communities to by assisting and providing them all the necessary tools through our programmes. Furthermore we have expanded our operation to reach wider communities in a larger scale. For example; we have arranged more cultural events and youth prevention programmes. This report provides a comprehensive overview of Speen Ghar commitment to serving those in need. Speen Ghar is proud of their success in achieving their mission and goals over the past year.
In the past year Speen Ghar has organised numerous physical activities to their members and wider community to take part for having healthy lifestyle compare to previous years. In the past year Speen Ghar has also are organised cultural events to bring in the whole community together.
One of Speen Ghar main objective was to keep the youth away from street gangs. Recently the crimes of youth are increasing on daily bases in London and around the country. Sadly, we do lose a lot of youth to street crimes on daily bases. Speen Ghar is proud of their prevent programmes for keep the youth away from the crimes by organising varies activities on weekly basis.
Speen Ghar has worked really hard with disadvantaged community members to developed the capacity and skills in such a way that, they are better able to actively participate and integration with the rest of society.
Overall Speen Ghar trustees are pleased with the progress, commitment and achieving operation objectives through the above events and activities for their members and wider community. Furthermore, in the past year Speen Ghar are pleased with achievements during our cultural events. The effectiveness of our charity work with communities were very meaningful and to make differences in people lives despite limited resources.
