## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The charity was founded in Oxford by students. The original trustees jointly established the charity. The charity does not currently operate an active management structure and does not recruit or appoint new trustees. 

## **Objectives and Activities** 

The charity’s objectives are: 

1. To advance education for the public benefit in the field of public affairs and international relations, with a particular focus on UK–China relations and cultural diversity. 

2. To promote diversity and inclusion within UK society by encouraging dialogue, understanding, and cooperation between different cultural and social groups. 

3. To increase public understanding of international relations through lectures, seminars, research, publications, and accessible educational resources. 

4. To provide opportunities for young people and students to develop skills, experience, and engagement in diplomacy, cultural exchange, and public affairs. 

5. To foster cross-cultural collaboration through partnerships with universities, schools, charities, and community groups, creating platforms for cultural exchange and reducing prejudice. 



During the reporting period, no activities were carried out. 

## **Achievements and Performance** 

The charity has not undertaken activities during the year and therefore has no achievements to report. The trustees recognise the obligation to provide a public benefit and confirm that no public benefit activity has yet been delivered. 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity has not received income or held funds during the year. 

Reserves policy: Not applicable, as the charity holds no funds. 

Debts: None.
