**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF UNPAID CARERS RESIDENT IN STAFFORDSHIRE, STOKE-ON-TRENT AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING SHORT BREAK/RESPITE HOLIDAYS FOR SUCH CARERS WHO LACK THE FINANCIAL MEANS TO FUND SUCH HOLIDAYS THEMSELVES.

**Activities:** The Trust provides affordable holiday breaks to carers, particularly unpaid carers, in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent who would find it difficult or impossible otherwise to afford a much-needed holiday. These holidays are in caravans owned by the Trust on serviced sites in North West England and Wales. At least one of the caravans owned by the Trust is adapted for people with disabilities.
