**510122) following advice that it would be**
**advisable to move to an incorporated**
**structure.**
**In the process of transferring assets it**
**was noted that the Village Hall was**
**registered with the Land Registry in the**
**name of the three initial Trustees two of**
**who have subsequently died. The**
**ownership was transferred to the current**
**Trustees but because of COVID and the**
**very busy period resulting from the**
**stamp duty holiday the process took**
**more than a year.**
**We are currently awaiting authorisation**
**by the Charity Commission to transfer**
**this fixed asset with its specific purpose**
**to the new entity,**
**Consequently, transferring assets from**
**the old to the new entity has been**
**delayed and this current entity has not**
**started to operate. As soon as we have**
**authorisation from the Charity**
**Commission we can transfer the funds,**
**close the old entity and start operating**
