TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO VULNERABLE PEOPLE OF ANY AGE WHO LIVE WITHIN THE DUDDON PARISH BOUNDARY. THIS MAY INCLUDE PRACTICAL SUPPORT, MEALS TOGETHER WITH TELEPHONE OR PERSONAL CONTACT, TO ENCOURAGE POSITIVE OR MENTAL HEALTH
Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: To Relieve People Within The Duddon Parish Boundary Who Are In Need, By Reason Of Their Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances In Such Ways As The Trustees Shall Think Fit, Including But Not Limited To Practical Support, Meals, Together With Telephone Or Personal Contact, To Encourage Positive Physical And Mental Health. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
