Dear  charities commission, 

My apologies for the oversight, we have not managed to gain any funding yet and are not in a position to start to offer a charitable service. At the moment the accounts are up-to-date to April 2024 we have not taken any money and I've not paid out any money at this stage. We have not begun trading to date 

I hope that this is adequate provision and will stand as a statement. 

We are on to gain funding soon in order to create free places during the holidays for children. 

This stands as a clear statement. Please get in touch if you require anything else.
