## **Charitable Objectives:** 

**The relief of young people aged between 20 and 30 residing in England or  Wales  who  are  currently  suffering  ill  health  byway  of  terminal cerebral tumour by the provision of financial support.  In particularly, but not exclusively, to purchase or achieve any lifestyle improvement or ambition.  Help  cover  the  cost  of  family  respite  care  and  specialist approved equipment requirements to make their life easier.** 

**Trustees: Gary Hirons resigned as chairman in 2023.** 

## **Report and Activities:** 

**This is the third operational year for M4M that has been difficult due to the trustees not being able to meet face to face because of where we all live in the country it has proven very difficult and the charity has been inactive, however we managed to get some donations in from our local supporters through donation tins and we sponsored a rounders team that also donated £600. Again we were very inactive due to the distance and are seriously thinking of Granting our remaining funds to Brain tumour charities and closing down in 2024.** 

## **The income received was £1200.00** 

**The expenses paid £878.98, there are no creditors.** 

**The retained balance as at year end 31[st] December 2023 is £11,626.92** 

**Charitable donations: No suitable beneficiaries were discovered in 2023.** 

**2024  we  will  be  looking  at  Granting  the  remaining  funds  to  brain tumour charity’s and closing the charity down officially.**
