## **Charitable Objectives:** 

**The relief of young people aged between 20 and 30 residing in England or  Wales  who  are  currently  suffering  ill  health  byway  of  terminal cerebral tumour by the provision of financial support.  In particularly, but not exclusively, to purchase or achieve any lifestyle improvement or ambition.  Help  cover  the  cost  of  family  respite  care  and  specialist approved equipment requirements to make their life easier.** 

## **Trustees:** 

**Two trustees have resigned, as detailed above, due to other commitments but continue to support M4M into the future. We acquired the support from Gary Hirons as chairman for a brief period in 2022, he resigned in 2023.** 

## **Report and Activities:** 

**This is the second operational year for M4M that has been difficult due to the trustees not being able to meet face to face because of where we all live in the country it has proven very difficult and the charity has been inactive, however we have supported our first beneficiary, we also in the process of setting up the website, meaning the costs were more than the income in 2022.** 

**The income received was £518.31** 

**The expenses paid £1532.00, there are no creditors.** 

**The retained balance as at year end 31[st] December 2022 is £11,305.90** 

## **Charitable donations:** 

**£625 donation to our first beneficiary in December.  It is proposed that the status of potential M4M charitable fund recipients will be reviewed in the coming year with a view to widening such status to include more beneficiaries.** 

**The M4M trustees and supporters look forward to 2023, however a full review by the trustees will determine the future of this charity, due to the inactivity.**
