## TRUSTEES REPORT 

Year Ending 30[th] June 2021 

This report was prepared on 28[th] April 2022 for the Charity Commission for England and Wales, as part of our annual return for the year ended 30[th] June 2021. 

The CIO was registered in April 2021 in readiness for the start of our new financial year, running from 1[st] July 2021 to 30[th] June 2022. 

The CIO conducted zero transactions during the 2020/2021 financial year. 

A new bank account was opened in June 2021 at the CAF Bank Ltd and a £1,000 deposit was made into the account as a loan, to enable the new account to be used from 1[st] July 2021.  Transactions for the CIO will form the basis for our next annual report, for the year ending 30[th] June 2022. 

This report has been prepared on the instructions of the Trustees of the Bournemouth North Rotary Benevolent Fund CIO.
