**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BOTH IN GUYANA AND GLOBALLY IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE RAINFOREST BY:- SUPPORT TO CONSERVATION RESEARCH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A RAINFOREST RESEARCH SITE AT SOPHIA POINT GUYANA- THE DISSEMINATION OF PUBLIC INFORMATION INCLUDING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH CONSERVATION RESEARCH PRODUCED BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE CHARITY THROUGH ON-LINE PLATFORMS AND OTHER MEDIA.- WORKING WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF GUYANA AND OTHER RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS TO OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE RESEARCH.

**Activities:** Sophia Point will conserve an area of pristine rainforest in the Guiana Shield and drive forward vital research in an unexplored corner of the planet. We will help deliver world-leading, in-depth analysis of the rainforest, wildlife and climate, driven by local, Guyanese research and science.
