**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR CATS, HEDGEHOGS, GUINEA PIGS, HAMSTERS, BIRDS, GOATS, SHEEP, PONIES, DONKEYS AND HORSES WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION, AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE OR MAINTAIN REFUGE, SECURE HOMES, SANCTUARIES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF UNWANTED DOMESTIC ANIMALS AND THE TREATMENT OF SICK OR ILL-TREATED DOMESTIC ANIMALS.

**Activities:** The Charity's purpose is to relieve the suffering of animals, in particular cats, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, goats, sheep, ponies, donkeys and horses in the Northwest of England and  to provide or maintain refuge, secure homes, sanctuaries or other facilities for the reception and care of unwanted domestic animals.
