I report to the Societys Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the 'Sabzgaman Beski, for
the year ended 31 March 2024. which is set out on pages I to 6.
Respective responsibilltles of tNstees and examiner:
The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charitvs trustees consider that
an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act)
and that an independent examination is needed
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Charities Act.
to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions ENÈn by the Charity Commission
lunder section 14515llb) of the Charities Act. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinerfs ststement:
My examination was carried out in accordance wtth general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charty and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those record5. It also includes consideration of any unusual Items or disc105ures
in the accounts. and seeking explanatKin5 from the t￿Stee$ concerning any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts p￿sent a 'true and fairf view and the report
is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention to indicate that..
accountin8 records have not been kept in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Charities Act,.
the accounts do not accord wtth such records=
where accounts are prepared on an accruals basis, whether they fail to comply with relevant
accour¢ting ￿qUireMents. or are not consistent with the Charities SORP IFRS1021

The objects of the Chartty are. for the public benefrt
i. to relieve terminally ill patients at hospices and health settings with a view to improving their
quality of lrfe by providing funding or equipment to facilttate the provision of recognised evidence-
based acupuncture and massage therapies.
ii. to promote the conservation protection and improvement of the physlcal and natural
environment. in particular but without limttation by planting trees- and
iii. advancing education of the general public in topics relating to health and wellbeing and
environmental conseThation.

l. The Trustees ran a charity gala in order to promote the aims of the charity and raise money
that can be used to further the charit*s aims. The Gala was attended by 2(K) people.
Educational talks were given by the charity Chair. Dr Shohreh Beski. and Trustees Dr Golnar
Aref-Adib and Dr Mehrnoosh Aref-Adib about the purpose. aims and work of the charity, in
order to fulfil charity aims lill and liiil. The Gala raised £7.765.20 for the charlty, which wlll
be used to further its aims li-iiil.
