**Structure and management:** CIO with formal bi-annual trustees meetings and further ad hoc meetings as and when required.
**Activities and objectives:** 1. The promotion of the efficiency of the Armed Forces of the Crown, with specific emphasis on the Inns of Court and City Yeomanry; 2. The relief of those in need, with specific emphasis on those who have or have had a connection with the Inns of Court and City Yeomanry; and 3. The advancement of the education of the public in relation to the Armed Forces of the Crown.
**Achievements and performance over the year:** Income mainly consisted of dividend income. Expenditure was principally on purchases of equipment and facilities, the furtherance of the Regimental community and purchases for the Regimental Museum.
