**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN LANCASTER MORECAMBE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR CATS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE, REHOMING SUCH CATS WHERE POSSIBLE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO RESPONSIBLE CAT OWNERSHIP AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG CATS.

**Activities:** For the public benefit in Lancaster Morecambe and the surrounding areas. To promote humane behaviour towards cats by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for cats which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage, rehoming such cats where possible and to educate the public about cat ownership.
