To advance education for the public benefit by providing students who are socially or economically disadvantaged with extra tuition in English and maths in order to help prevent them from dropping out of education, organising training to improve the quality of teaching for these students, and through the provision of such other mentoring and support as deemed appropriate.
Objects: The Charity’s Objects (‘objects’) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: To Advance Education For The Public Benefit By Providing People Who Are Socially Or Economically Disadvantaged With Extra Tuition In English And Maths In Order To Help Them Succeed And Through The Provision Of Such Other Mentoring And Support As Deemed Appropriate. Nothing In The Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008.
