A part time Operations Managerwas hired te undertske the adrninislralion of the charity and to build the Infr8str￿ctUre including
the implantation of XERO to save time. ￿$t and to bring efficiency and shared accessible data 10 5UPPOrt lega¢y planning.
CRADLE have maiTrtained relationships wrth national eommunrtyas of people who have experiencell a pwnancy loss, or
teminalion of pregnancy.
CRADLE now have over 17 National ATnbassadorVolunteers who worfl on various project5 including Cornfort Bags donaled to
patient In hospital. Outpatient and Sonography Ti55ue Path5 to be gnien when drfficult n￿¥8 Is delwered. We introduced our
new CFIADLE Hearts as part of the Littl? Things Campaign.
CRAOLE has 9rown its communty Forum to 40D m8mb8rs and has a target te increase thi5 number to IOOD by March 2025.
CFIADLE has continued to delwer a weekty 5UPPOrt group cal￿d CONNECTED which 15 regularty oversubscribed, we are
applying for funding to 811ow u5 to increase capaoty and resou￿ to meet this demand.
