The Charity originally operated as part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark but then it was established as a separate charity and the funds held by the Archdiocese were transferred to the charity |

Para 1.20 | [Looking at the Minutes – this occurred outside the scope of this Report] Prior to establishing the Grow Edo Support Group as a separate charity, trustees worked through the Archdiocese of Southwark to support skills training in Poultry keeping in the Diocese of Auchi. Trustees have been pleased to learn that some trainees offer guidance on poultry keeping in their villages and help sustain healthy livestock and food in poor areas; Donation to the Diocese of Auchi to support its establishment of a small poultry feed production unit in Auchi. When established in 2023, the unit will buy local grain to manufacture feedstuffs and offer employment/ training and better quality product locally; Initial discussions about a similar poultry feed production being contemplated by the Congregation of The Missionaries of St Paul to alleviate human trafficking near Abuja. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the period ended 31/12/2021.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
