A recommendation has been made that the Chief Executive will apply for funding for their full-time commitment to the charity. The charity will continue to seek grant funding for its activities, including campaigns and resource production. The charity aims to expand its provision of webinars for healthcare professionals as a potential route for income. There is currently no going concern regarding the charity’s ability to meet its objects.

Live Through This is protected by bother Public and Employer’s Liability Insurance, secured via Scrutton Bland, insurance specialists for the Third Sector.

I report to the trustees on my examination on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31st March 2022.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the Trustees of the Charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {'the 2011 Act').

I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5){b) of the 2011 Act.

Independent examiner's statement

I have completed my examination. I can confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
