**Objects:** THE CIO SHALL FURTHER THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME:-(1)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FORM THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS THAT SUPPORT EDUCATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH EDUCATION, IN LOW-MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES;(2)TO RELIEVE POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY IN LOW-MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRIES; AND (3)THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS IN THE FORM OF ONE-OFF PAYMENTS TO SUPPORT A CRISIS OR DISASTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
