Objects: To Relieve Poverty And To Preserve And Protect Good Health For The Public Benefit Of Communities In Africa By:-1. Improving Access To Safe And Sustainable Drinking Water;2. Expanding Access To Adequate And Equitable Sanitation And Hygiene, Paying Special Attention To The Needs Of Women And Girls And Those In Vulnerable Situations;3. Taking Action To Promote Conservation Of The Natural Environment; Improve Water Quality By Reducing Pollution; Protect And Restore Water-Related Ecosystems.4. Increasing Water-Use Efficiency To Address Water Scarcity And Substantially Reduce The Number Of People Suffering From Water Scarcity;5. Supporting And Strengthening The Participation Of Local Communities In Improving Water And Sanitation Management;6. Improving Education Around Water And Sanitation Issues In Schools, Youth Groups And Community Centres; 7. Collaborating With Other Organisations With Similar Objectives Both Within And Outside Uganda To Achieve These Objectives;8. Raising Awareness Around Water Inequality In Africa, To Build Support In The UK And Worldwide To Tackle These Inequalities;9. Raising Funds To Support These Activities Through Grant Applications, Personal And Private Fund Raising, And Corporate And Community Donations; And10. Providing Mentorship, Training And Other Pedagogical Support For Members Of Equal Aqua And Our Affiliates. Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With (Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustees Investment (Scotland) Act 2005) And (Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008).
