a) to advance the consenlation. protection and improvement of the natural
environment and lo encourage the prudent use of natural resources for th8 b8n8fit of
th8 population in Marfow, Bud(inghamshire, through promotion, raising awaréness
and sharing skill to bulld community resiliènce to combat climate change and
resource scarcity, and b) to advance tho education of the public in the conservation,
protection and improvemènt of thè phwcal and nabjral environment.

Income has Incr8as8d following th8 commencement of a second Markét on th8 Saturday
of each month, except January.
rrm has continued to support the Releaf project. This has been fund8d by a Local
Authorities Treescape FurKI {LATF) Grant of £1,408. Individual donations to Réleaf loialled
£1.820. After cosls of £3.932 ther8 was a d8ficit of £704 which was deducted from brought
forward funds: making £4,224 available for next yearfs planting.
rrm continued to support the Trvombles. litter pith'ng activities and run a r8pair Café on 1 *1
Saturday of each month. Since starting the R8pair Café has worked on 750 items and saved
1.5 tonnes of vmste

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {Yh8 Trusfi for the year ended 2710712023
As the charty's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Ad.).
I report in resp*d of my examinats'on of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Ad and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Diredions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(bl of the Act.

cause to believe that in, any material respect..

of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting re¢ord5', or
the accounts did not comply wrth the applicable requirements
conceming the fomi and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a Irue and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination lo which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
