## **Activity** 

Completion of the assurance procedures for proposed own-initiative projects and for prospective work led by other organisations was achieved and the Trustees have used these to inform their observations of practices in a number of organisations in relation to the formatting of ex-ante and ex-post assessments to ensure simultaneously the level of both accountability and effectiveness. These procedures will be confirmed when observations are completed and will be presented to prospective donors. 

The period also saw further dialogue with more experienced people in the charity sector in order to develop the Trustees’ awareness of the challenges and opportunities likely to be encountered, especially – as reported previously - with regard to remote supervision, secure reporting and other operational processes that might be vulnerable. 

**Finance** The Trustees again used personal funds to meet the costs associated with the charity’s activities. No income or reportable expenditure occurred in the year.
