## **Canolfan Deulu Y Bala Trustee Annual Report** 

Over the past year we continued to work extremely hard to secure a lease at the old Beuno Sant school in Bala for it to be used as childcare for the local community as well as hold pre-school classes. The new charity was formed to merge two existing businesses in Bala carrying out childcare and pre-school classes. 

The lease on the new creche facility has now been signed and work on the building to get it ready and fit for purpose by the beginning of November 2022 has been completed when both separate entities moved into the building and started trading under the new charity Canolfan Deulu y Bala. 

There was no income or expenditure during the year ended 31 March 2022. 

The next period end report of 31 March 2023 will show the charity’s first income and expenditure.
