## Trustee Annual Report 

Over the past year we have all worked extremely hard to secure a lease at the old Beuno Sant school in Bala for it to be used as childcare for the local community as well as hold pre-school classes. 

The new charity has been formed to merge two existing businesses in Bala carrying out childcare and pre-school classes. 

We hope to get the lease signed early in 2022 which will then allow us to be able to start work on the building to get it ready and fit for purpose by the end of August when both separate entities will then move into the building and start trading under the new charity Canolfan Deulu y Bala. 

We look forward to seeing the building being transformed and the new setting to be up and running in 2022.
