Staff continue professional development with the use of appropriate courses which in term benefit the children. Nearfy all the education is through the medium of Welsh and this immersion within the Welsh language has proved very successful. The Cylch continues to seek help and guidan￿ through Mudiad Meithrin and this net￿Ork 8nsures standards remain high and accountability is clear for all members of staff. TAR March 2012 Summary of the main a¢hievements of the ¢harity during the yèar The Cylch at Rhoscolyn has successfully developed the Welsh Language for pre-school children before entering full time education. The caring nurturing environment provided by the Cylch has also allowed ¢hildren to leam a broad range of the early years curriculum. The staff at the cyl¢h have helped children with ALN d8V8lop. Upon ent8ring full time education pupils have the fundamental skills required dur to prlor leaming.
