**Activities:** We are a charity committed to changing lives.  We are actively changing the stigma around mental health.  We currently run free weekly free sessions (Wednesday drop-in hub & various Sunday groups inc. Scammonden Steps) where anyone  can attend either in person or online and improve their mental well being.  The Sunday groups are located in and around the UK.  We also run regular online drop-ins.
