We have 25 volunteers upon<br>Para 1.38 whom we can call to undertake a<br>Contribution made by  variety of tasks.<br>volunteers<br> - Staffing the food bank itself at<br>our two weekly sessions<br> - delivering supplies to<br>customers who cannot get to the<br>food bank<br> - buying bread, vegetables and<br>eggs on a weekly basis<br> - collecting food donated by<br>customers of the local shops that<br>have our boxes<br>Bishop’s Castle Community<br>Other FoodBank Reserves Policy<br>The reserves agreed at £5,000 by<br>trustees meeting January 12 [th]<br>2022.<br>Reserves needed to because at<br>present  the income from<br>donations falls short by  more than<br>£200 per month of the cost of<br>provided  free food  to those in<br>need - the main charitable aim of<br>the FoodBank.<br>The difference is made up by<br>grants from various bodies but<br>these cannot be relied upon in<br>future.<br>The FoodBank also needs reserves<br>because it needs to secure<br>permanent premises and this will<br>cost £1,000s.
