To help in relieving the mental and physical effects of trauma by providing support, education and resources, including a mentor led help & support programme for those awaiting therapy. To advance understanding of trauma and its emotional, psychological and psychosomatic impact, and to fund research into innovative, evidence-informed approaches that improve recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Objects: The Charityæs Objects (Ôthe Objectsö) Are The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health In Particular (But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing) By:(1) Relieving The Mental And Physical Suffering Of People Suffering From Crisis Or Trauma Which Has Caused Emotional Damage By The Provision Of Counselling And Support For Such Persons;(2) Advancing The Study And Practice Of Trauma Care;(3) The Education And Training Of Medical Professionals And Mental Health Professionals In The Treatment Of Persons Suffering From Crisis Or Trauma;(4) Funding Research Into Therapeutic Processes That Alleviate Suffering From Trauma.
