On 21 January 2021, the Charity Commission for England and Wales authorised the transfer of assets and liabilities from Enderby Mission Free Church (Unincorporated Charity 1108897) to Enderby Life Church (CIO 1190574) under s105 of the Charities Act 2011 The transfer took place on 1 April 2021, after the end of the current financial year ended 31 March 2021. With effect from 1 April 2021 Enderby Life Church adopted all the activities, objectives, and policies of Enderby Mission Free Church.
