l. For the public benefit the relief of those in need in Nepal by reason
of youth. age, ill-health. disability, or social or economic
disadvantage in particular but not exclusively by coordinating and
developing setvices such as. education and health services and such
other services for those in need as the trustees may determine.
2. To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by working with
people in UK who are socially excluded on the grounds of their
ethnic origin, religion, belief or creed in particular, member5 of the
Nepalese community, to relieve the needs of such people and a551St
them to integrate into society, in particular by=
al Providing a local network group that encourages and enables
members of the Nepalese community to participate more
effectively with the wider communitv,.

We organised following charitable activities in pursuance of its objectives..
l. The charity continuousW focused and offered on its life membership
program.
2. Organi5ed a charity event to 5UPPOrt a deceased's Ilife member) family.
3. Conducted few home visits to welcomed and congratulate the arrival of
new babies during the year within the members. familv.

4. Organised condolences visit and support during the funeral services to
the members family on this very difficult time and support them on
usual rituals of 13" (Arghunl & 49" day of the passing member. Some
members have raised funds in memory of their loved one and donated
to the charity.
5. During the Diwali. we organised a cultural event promoting culture of
DeusilBhailo and raised some funds. This event provided a social
engagement. entertainment and happiness.
6. Various home visits made to promote education and 8uide at the start
of the University life, congratulation on Braduating from the University
or Bettin8 into their career ladder or professional achievements.
7. The charity fundraised and supported the local government school in
Aadhikhola, Syangj'a in Nepal for their reconstruction of the school
building and its playground.
8. The charity organised a fundraising event to raise funds towards the
Road construction and maintenance in Ne

The charivs main achievement has been its unwavering commitment to
supporting our members and their families. both in moments ofjoy and
celebration. as well as during challenging times such as illness and bereavement.
The charity supported the local community in Nepal towards the road
construction and maintenance.

The Trustees have examined the need for free reserves. i.e. those unrestricted
funds not invested in tangible fixed assets. designated for specific purposed
and otherwise committed. At present. it is recognised that current reserve level
should be £25.000. The Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the charity
has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the
foreseeable future.
