Intake of dogs: after contact with the dog’s
legal owner arrangements are made to
collect, transport and take the dog to a safe
place, either a foster home or kennel.
Vet care: upon arrival into our care the
dogs receive veterinary checks included but
not limited to neutering and any medical
treatments as required per veterinary
advice.
Rehabilitation: on arrival the dogs are
assessed, and support/training is provided
according to the individual dogs need to
assist them in adapting and transitioning
into their new home environment.
Rehoming: undertake home checks,
validate personal identification of the
applicant. To assess the
suitability/compatibility of the prospective
foster carer/new owner with the individual
dog in question.
Fundraising: through social events,
auctions, activity days/evenings, to raise
awareness of the rescue and funds for the
charities running costs.

rescued and rehomed 10 dogs into loving
new homes, and we have also continued to
support individuals with advice, tools and
that has allowed them to keep their dog
and reduce the number of dogs entering
the rescue.

rescue for the benefit of the breed.

It was decided at a trustee meeting on the 20[th] June 2023 that we would cease operating from the 31[st] August 2023 due to medical and mental health issues affecting the trustees abilities to provide their much needed time and attention to run the charity in the best way.
