Whitchurch Community Sports Club Report of the Trustees for the year ended 31st March 2025
The trustees present their annual report and financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31[st] March 2025.
Due to the ongoing delays caused by the Covid pandemic, the asset transfer necessary to commence the operation of the Charity remains suspended. Therefore, the Charity remains dormant until the transfer can be enacted and the Charity can commence its activities.
We are working hard with key stakeholders to secure the necessary land leases to progress our project, until that happens we cannot enact the asset transfer and The Trustees anticipate this being in the third quarter of 2026
The delay in commencing charitable activities means we have no income or expenditure and therefore no accounts to present. Whilst in the period of suspended activity the Trustees are working voluntarily to put everything in place to relaunch the Charity as soon as possible.
