Report of the Trustees for the year ended 31[st] March 2021
The trustees present their annual report and financial statements of the charity for the year ended 30th September 2020.
Due to the Covid pandemic, the asset transfer necessary to commence the operation of the Charity has been suspended. Therefore, the Charity remains dormant until the transfer can be enacted, and the Charity can commence its activities. The Trustees anticipate this being in the second half of 2022.
The delay in commencing charitable activities means we have no income or expenditure and therefore no accounts to present.
Whilst in the period of suspended activity the Trustees are working voluntarily to put everything in place to relaunch the Charity as soon as possible.
Due to pressures brought about by the Covid Pandemic two of five Trustees have had to stand down, these were Leslie Richards and Stuart Buswell. We have recruited a replacement and going through due diligence before adding John Phillips to the board.
