## **AUDIT CERTIFICATE**

I have examined the accounting records of the International Society for Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD) for the 12 months ending 31[st] March 2022, and can confirm that the receipts and payments account gives a true and accurate record of the society’s financial transactions for this period.
