||Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|The Trust has continued to support and<br>promote the various classes and activities<br>that used the Hall within the community and<br>more widely using social media and the Hall<br>section of the Council’s website.<br>These have included continuing to<br>encourage the use of the Hall by local<br>community groups and organisations for a<br>variety of community events ranging from<br>afternoon events by Templetots and<br>Templeton Together, a wide variety of<br>afternoon and evening events organised by<br>St John’s Church, being the venue for a local<br>film club hosting film screenings, and a visit<br>by Santa organised with Templeton<br>Community Council and the local Rotary<br>Club.<br>It continues to be a popular venue for<br>birthday parties particularly, but also for<br>other private bookings such as for training<br>sessions and interviews. The number of<br>exercise classes using the Hall is steady, as<br>well as the Hall hosting other activities such<br>as baby massage classes and activities for<br>the under 5s.|

## **Financial Review** 

|Review of the charity’s<br>financial position at the end<br>of the period|Para 1.21|The Trust’s financial situation is healthy, with<br>an increase in both classes and private<br>bookings providing income.<br>The Hall hire charges were reviewed during<br>the year to ensure they are suitable for the<br>area and those using the Hall, and will be<br>reviewed again during the coming year. The<br>Trustees consider it important that the Hall<br>remains accessible to the local community at<br>a time of significant price rises in so many<br>areas.|
