**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE EAST MIDLANDS TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CATS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR CATS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE, REHOMING SUCH CATS WHERE POSSIBLE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO RESPONSIBLE CAT OWNERSHIP AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG CATS.

**Activities:** We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome stray homeless and abandoned cats in Nottingham and surrounding areas.
