Leadershlp
The Spiritual leadership team of 4 (known within the church as 'the Core
Leadership team.) continued through most of the year with one standing
down in the summer of 2024 following the expiration of the 2 year
commttment she gave to lead in this capacity.
The remaining 3 leaders continue in role and ar8 confident they have the
capacty and sktlls to continue leading the church with the Wider
Leadership team and Trustees supporting them and by the grace of God.
The Core L8ad8rship T8am continu8d to build on the foundations of the
Churth laid over more than 10 years. The three key principles of
'Connecting with Connecting with each othe¢ and Connecting
others with God have important drtvers together with a strong missional
focus.
Our desire to recruil someone to a Missional Leading role wa8 fulfilled in
August this year, with a start date in mid September 2024. The primary
objectives of this role are to 'reach out, and 'connect' with those in their
twenties and thirtie8 to share the gospel ffe8sage through a variety of
¢onts¢t points.
The new role will help facilitate missional acttvrties and help gafvanise
members in the church towards this goal. The Missional Leader will
become part of the wider leadership team, reporting to the core
leadership team.

Alpha & Outreach
We successfully ran a Youth Alpha course in the autumn of 2023 which
resutted in one young person becoming a Christian and a regular

The Church continues to aspire to having its own meeting space but this
was pursued only by making general enquiries about the ongoing
developments in the North of tr* town and the availability of land.
We continued with our pattem of meeting three Sundays per month at the
school with the fourth used for'connecting, wrth the community and
